What we collect. When you fire an order ticket, we get what you type: your name, restaurant, email, phone, the plate you picked, and your message. Nothing else is asked for and nothing runs in the background to profile you.
What it’s for. Answering you and writing your ticket. That is the whole list. We never sell, rent, or trade your details, and we don’t add you to a marketing list because you asked a question.
Who touches it. Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the form endpoint; Google Workspace holds our mailbox. Cloudflare may keep ordinary server logs (including IP addresses) and cookieless, anonymous traffic counts. This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising trackers.
How long we keep it. As long as we’re talking or working together, then as long as ordinary bookkeeping needs. Email [email protected] and we’ll delete your ticket.
Campaigns we run for clients. Email and text campaigns go only to guests who opted in to hear from that restaurant, with a working unsubscribe every time.
Kids. This site is for restaurant owners and operators, not for anyone under 13.
